The Residential Tenancies Act 2018 and the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2020 are bringing into effect the biggest overhaul of the state’s rental laws in decades.

PCLC has welcomed the opportunity to contribute to the recent consultation on the proposed Residential Tenancies Regulations 2020.
