Self Representation at VCAT Workshops
PCLC regularly offers workshops to people who are considering self-representation in the Civil Claims List and the Residential Tenancies List of VCAT. Workshop participants are given information about:
- Options and steps prior to applying to VCAT
- Completing application forms and associated documentation
- Preparing for the hearing and dealing with any negotiations
- Self-representing at the hearing
- Understanding procedures for following up VCAT decisions and enforcing VCAT orders.
Workshops are held in Melbourne and suburban locations.
