PCLC provides various legal services free of charge, at a range of locations from both employed staff and volunteers. All legal assistance is given by qualified practising lawyers.
Who can use the Centre?
Anyone who lives, works or studies in the legal centre's catchment area which incorporates the Municipalities of Frankston, Casey, Cardinia, Glen Eira, Kingston and Mornington Peninsula is entitled to seek initial legal advice. The provision of ongoing casework is subject to the legal centre's Advice and Casework Guidelines.
